Crock Pot Corn Bread

    • 1 1/4 cups flour
    • 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 eggs, slightly beaten
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/3 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the egg, milk and melted butter. Stir until just moistened.
  3. Spray crock pot with non-stick spray.
  4. Place batter in bottom of crock pot.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
