Serve with scoop of vanilla ice cream AND/OR  drizzle * Maple Butter Syrup.  Sprinkle with nuts and shredded coconut.  MMMM….TO.  DIE.  FOR.   :)

 

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

2 cups packed brown sugar

2 eggs

1 Tbsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped  (optional, or other type of nut)

***1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional, or other type of nut for topping)

***1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional topping)

 

Spray inside of Crock Pot with nonstick spray.  Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nuts (if using) in a bowl.  In another bowl, combine brown sugar and butter- mix well- then add eggs and vanilla.  Add flour mixture, mix well.  Stir in white chocolate chips.  Add dough to Crock Pot- spread and press in evenly.  Cook on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours, till set.  Turn off heat and let sit 30 minutes before serving.

 

* Maple Butter Syrup

 

1 1/2 cups maple syrup

1 cup butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

 

In a saucepan, add maple syrup and butter- Cook on low till butter is melted- stir in brown sugar and cook till dissolved.
